NAI Vegas advised a 24,685 SF, $1,265,000, industrial property expansion, and relocation within the Airport submarket.  President John Price, at, an online retailer of high-end audio equipment, said this about The Larkin Industrial Group, who represented the tenant.  “Thanks to the industrial specialists at NAI Vegas, we secured a specific location in short order.  Their ground-level market insights allowed our online retailing business to expand within the extremely competitive Las Vegas airport submarket.”  In 2020, The Larkin industrial group has approximately $40,000,000 in closed and pending transaction volume heavily focused on privately held companies occupying industrial space in the greater Las Vegas market.
