Completed Sale Transactions:

The sale of a retail building totaling 19,120 square feet is located at 335-345 E. Silverado Ranch Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89183. The transaction amount was $6,175,000.00. David Houle and Carlos Moreno of SVN | The Equity Group represented the seller in the transaction.

 

The sale of a retail building to Vista Convoy Realty totaling 22,898 square feet is located at 2855 S. Nellis Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89121. The transaction amount was $4,266,000.00. Nolan Julseth-White, CCIM of SVN | The Equity Group represented the buyer in the transaction.

 

The sale of an office building to MKMY, LLC totaling 7,547 square feet is located at 9720 W. Tropicana Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89147.  The transaction amount was $1,558,000.00.  Eric Rogosch and Jason Park of SVN | The Equity Group represented the seller, Vegas Investment Property, LLC.

 

The sale of an office building to Absentric R&D, LLC totaling 4,624 square feet is located at 72 N. Pecos Road, Henderson, NV 89074. The transaction amount was $1,000,000.00. David Houle and Carlos Moreno of SVN | The Equity Group represented the seller in the transaction.

Dream Café & Hookah Lounge signed a 60-month lease for 2,200 square feet of retail space in West Flamingo Centre located at 4755 W. Flamingo Road, Suite H-J, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Eric Rogosch and Jason Park of SVN | The Equity Group represented the landlord, Iron Flamingo, LLC.

 

MVP Multiservices signed a 39-month lease for 1,360 square feet of retail space in Thunderbird Plaza located at 3603 N. Las Vegas Boulevard, Suite 112, Las Vegas, NV 89115.  David Houle and Carlos Moreno of SVN | The Equity Group represented the landlord in the transaction.

 

Tax Support Team signed a 39-month lease for 2,931 square feet of office space located at 6720 Via Austi Parkway, Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Nolan Julseth-White, CCIM of SVN | The Equity Group represented the tenant in the transaction.

 

Body Prep LV signed a 62-month lease for 1,360 square feet of retail space located at 1912 N. Decatur Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89108. Carlos Moreno of SVN | The Equity Group represented the tenant in the transaction.

Gatsby Ventures, LLC signed a 48-month lease for 4,380 square feet of industrial space located at 2735 Simmons Street, North Las Vegas, NV 89032.  Nolan Julseth-White, CCIM and Ralph Malmros of SVN | The Equity Group represented the landlord, MC4 Construction LLC.

 

LV American Wrestling Club, LLC signed a 12-month lease for 1,200 square feet of retail space in Golden Horizon Center located at 270 E. Horizon Drive, Suite 102, Henderson, NV 89015.
