Pete Janemark, CCIM brings with him with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, focusing on office leasing and sales. With extensive knowledge in investment sales and leasing, he maintains a strong emphasis on looking out for the owner/investor’s best interests and providing sound strategic advice in the commercial real estate sector. Pete is a long-term Las Vegas resident with vast knowledge of the history, community, and the forces that drive the commercial real estate market in the valley. He has completed over 700 transactions in the Las Vegas Valley totaling over two million square feet and over $100 million in transaction value during his 15-year real estate sales career.
Lisa Hauger has been in the commercial real estate arena for more than 40 years and closing deals here in Las Vegas since 1990. Lisa’s main focus is on investment sales and tenant representation, in which she has won numerous awards over the years. Lisa was named on of Las Vegas’s Top 100 “Women of Influence” in 2014. Her background in property management, development, and construction is of great value to her owners, investors, and clients alike. Lisa’s solution-orientated approach assists her clients in achieving their short and long-term goals and potential.
