LAS VEGAS (February 24, 2020) – Colliers International | Las Vegas announced today that its Senior Vice President, Chris Connell, has achieved the SIOR designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, a leading global professional office and industrial real estate association.

Connell has been a part of the Colliers team for nine years and specializes in the sale and leasing of office and retail space for both Landlords and Tenants alike. He has been responsible for relocating more than 250 firms and has successfully closed more than 500 transactions totaling nearly one million square feet. Connell’s achievements have led to an excess of $150 million in sales volume.
To achieve SIOR designation, Connell completed more than five years of creditable experience in the highly technical office real estate field and met stringent education requirements while demonstrating professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.
Individuals who hold a SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field. Designees are represented in more than 686 cities in 36 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and requires designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.
