NAIOP Southern Nevada held it’s 22nd Annual Spotlight Awards on March 2, 2019 at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in Summerlin. NDL Group Inc. received the honor award winner for the Tenant Improvement Industrial category for their project Oasis Biotech.
NDL Group, Inc. was chosen to assist the design and construction of Oasis Biotech. Oasis Biotech is the first indoor vertical farming grow facility in Nevada to introduce newly developed self-contained grow modules and lights to produce all natural, non-GMO, pesticide-free crops with higher nutritional content. The design-build-assist project consists of over 150,000 square feet of grow rooms, with the capacity to produce hundreds of pounds of leafy vegetables weekly. The facility is located at 6225 Annie Oakley Dr. in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Spotlight Awards is an annual event put on by the association to recognize industry leaders and top commercial real estate projects in several categories. This year’s event had over 650 people in attendance.
