The Berg Advisory Group of Logic Commercial Real Estate closes 8 multi-tenant retail transactions totaling $41,500,000 in the Second Quarter of 2021.

 

Bonanza East sold for $16.1MM. The property is +/-77,267 SF and was 100% occupied at the close of escrow. The Berg’s represented the seller B.E. Uno, LLC in the transaction.

 

Cheyenne Plaza sold for $6.51MM. The property is +/-18,615 SF was 92% occupied at the close of escrow. The Berg’s represented the seller, RJR LV LLC, in the transaction.

 

8045 Blue Diamond Rd. sold for $5.3MM. The property is +/-10,520 SF and was 100% occupied at the close of escrow. The Berg’s represented the buyer, Agatour LLC in the transaction.

 

Desert Inn Plaza sold for $4.6MM. The property is +/-28,552 SF and was 94% occupied at close of escrow. The Berg Advisory Group represented the seller, Desert Inn Square LLC in the transaction.

 

Plaza Las Americas sold for $3.0MM and is +/- 30,368 SF. The Berg’s represented the seller, Ventura Garden Apartment LLC, in the transaction.

 

Gateway Plaza sold for $2.6MM. The property is +/-10,352 SF and was 100% occupied at the close of escrow. The Berg’s represented both the buyer and the seller, Commercial I LTD and City Plaza LLC, in the transaction.

 

5355 S Decatur sold for $1.9MM. The property is +/-5,819SF and was 100% occupied at the close of escrow. The Berg’s represented the seller, MH Revocable Living Trust LLC in the transaction.
