LAS VEGAS – Three new tenants have signed leases for space at Mountain West Industrial Park, a $20 million project in the rapidly developing southwest part of Las Vegas. They include:
- A lease to Nevada Rhythmic Gymnastics for 7,150 square feet of space. The business is owned by Olympic medalist Maia Tabakova. The total value of the transaction was $430,000.
- A lease to Pick-Up USA Fitness for 14,300 square feet. The business is owned by Nicole and Matt Silva. The total value of the transaction was $1.7 million.
- A lease to Prime Time Batting Cages for 7,150 square feet. The business is owned by Jeff Lyons. The total value of the transaction was $400,000.
Colliers Willmore Industrial Team oversees marketing and leasing efforts for Mountain West Industrial Park, located at the northeast corner of South Tenaya Way and West Post Road, just north of the 215 Beltway and about nine miles west of McCarran International Airport.
