LAS VEGAS – Miltson Consulting owner Jonathan Schwartz announced that tilt-up walls have been fabricated and erected at the Mountain West Industrial Park being built in the rapidly developing southwest part of Las Vegas.
This marks the end of the first phase of the project at 7210 W. Post Road, Schwartz said. The phase one build-out encompasses 38,000 square feet of industrial space on 14.89 acres of the property and is scheduled to be completed late this year, he added.
The first two buildings of phase one of Mountain West Industrial Park are open and fully leased. Tenants include Mechanical Products Nevada, occupying 21,450 square feet; US Pharmatech Inc., with 71,100 square feet; and Spreadshirt, leasing 50,050 square feet.
“Southern Nevada’s industrial sector remains strong, and Mountain West Industrial Park’s continued build-out helps meet the growing demand for this type of space that continues to surpass the existing local supply,” Schwartz added.
CBRE Willmore Industrial and Logistics team oversees marketing and leasing for Mountain West Industrial Park, located at the northeast corner of South Tenaya Way and West Post Road, just north of the 215 Beltway and about 9 miles west of Harry Reid International Airport.
