Swenson Properties LLC bought the 28-year-old 57,359-square-foot Twain Swenson Plaza, on 5.43 acres, at 3640 Swenson Street in Las Vegas for $5.2 million, or $91-per-square-foot, from 820-860 Twain LLC. Sun Commercial Real Estate’s Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske, and Roy Fritz represented the seller. The property was 62% occupied at the time of sale.
