To achieve the SIOR designation, Ogden and Steffen were required to complete at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.

Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field and are represented in more than 630 cities in 29 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and required designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.

“We are very proud of Amy and Danielle’s professional achievements,” said Mike Dunn, market leader for the Las Vegas office of Cushman & Wakefield Commerce. “They have become commercial real estate powerhouses and we are honored to have them on our team. We are looking forward to their continued leadership and success.”

Business in Nevada revolves around commercial real estate and Ogden and Steffen have had a major impact on not only the industrial markets, but also on the health and stability of the Las Vegas economy. Of the many accomplishments they have had, one of the most prominent in 2016 has been bringing Faraday Future to North Las Vegas. Because of their efforts, this 940 acre of land and three million square foot factory is expected to bring approximately 4,500 jobs to the state.

Ogden and Steffen credit their success to their ethical standards and building long-lasting relationships with their clients and their ability to work seamlessly together as a team.
