Eric Rogosch of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Landlord at Stephanie Beltway Plaza leasing a +/-14,894 SF space to an Indoor Children’s Entertainment concept Uptown Jungle Fun Park, who operates multiple locations in California and Arizona currently. This will be Uptown Jungle’s first Nevada location and caters to young children providing a safe city-style indoor playground environment featuring a wide variety of activities including rock climbing, trampoline park, climbing structures, and more. Uptown Jungle will be located at 27 Stephanie St in Henderson, NV and is scheduled to open in spring of 2019.
