LAS VEGAS (Sept. 23, 2019) – Chris LoBello, Vice President | Receiver of Colliers International’s Las Vegas office has been approved by the Nevada Real Estate Commission as a member for the Real Estate Advisory Review Committee.
The Nevada Real Estate Advisory Review Committee assists in the evaluation and audit of educational courses for the Real Estate Division. Each member that is approved must be a citizen of the United States, have been a Nevada resident for five or more years and have been actively engaged in business for at least three years.
“It is an honor to be a member of this wonderful committee. I am excited to work with industry leaders to provide excellent evaluations for various educational courses that make an impact for the State of Nevada’s real estate division,” said LoBello.
LoBello has 23 years of commercial real estate experience along with a legal background. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment property on behalf of his clients, including multi-tenant and medical office buildings, industrial buildings, retail centers, senior care facilities and single tenant triple net properties.
In addition to his current role, LoBello oversees Colliers Asset Resolutions Division for the Las Vegas office. Acting as a court appointed receiver, he responds to conditions impacting under-performing and non-performing assets to restore order and oversee the process of regaining and preserving an asset’s value.
LoBello’s extensive real estate experience and leadership on committees such as the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas make him a valuable mentor in the industry and a welcome addition to the Real Estate Advisory Review Committee.
