This latest acquisition marks its third in six months
LAS VEGAS – Virtus Commercial acquired the 39,216-square-foot retail space for $13,275,000 through its growing investment platform, Virtus is Vegas. Located at 8570 West Charleston Blvd., near the prestigious Boca Park area, the retail center serves the neighboring areas of Summerlin, Queensridge, Peccole Ranch and The Lakes.
The asset includes 39,000+ square feet of retail space with a strong mix of national based retailers and local businesses.
