SALE TRANSACTION:

Brett S. Beck of Virtus Commercial represented 1Chronicles410 LLC in a sale to Reiter Family Trust for a total transaction value of $800,000. The 1.10 acre freestanding property is located at 6440 W Desert Inn Road in Las Vegas.

LEASE TRANSACTIONS:

Honestouch signed a 60-month lease for 1,000 square feet of retail space at Charleston West Plaza located at 6108 W. Charleston Boulevard in Las Vegas.  Brett Beck II of Virtus Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction.

Nationwide Capital, LLC signed a 39-month lease for 8,608 square feet of office space at Green Valley Town Center III located at 4300 E. Sunset Road, Suite D1, D2 and D3, in Henderson.  Gary S. Beck of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Henderson Town Center, LLC; and David Stubbs of Talon Commercial Real Estate represented the lessee in the transaction.

Next, LLC signed a 63-month lease for 2,728 square feet of office space at The 1785 Office Center located at 1785 E. Sahara Avenue, Suite 380, in Las Vegas.  Gary S. Beck of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, The 1785 Office Center, LLC; and Troy Alexander of TR Realty represented the lessee in the transaction.

Francine Heretakis signed a 24-month lease for 264 square feet of office space at Spanish Vista Office Park located at 4955 S. Durango Drive, Suite 179, in Las Vegas.  Matt Feustel of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Wardy Amen III & Traci A, in the transaction.

Talena Ceecee Ann Szymanski signed a 36-month lease for 400 square feet of office space at Hidden Canyon Plaza located at 3925 N Martin L. Luther King Boulevard, Suite 124, in Las Vegas.  Brett Beck II of Virtus Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction.

LEASE RENEWALS:

Cold Stone Creamery renewed 1,482 square feet of retail space for 60 months at the Shops at Sunset located at 1311 W. Sunset Road, Suite 110, in Henderson.  Chris Emanuelof Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Gloamin Holdings, LLC, in the transaction.

Desert Grace Health Services Inc. renewed 450 square feet of office space for 12 months at Spanish Vista Office Park located at 4955 S. Durango Drive, Suite 117, in Las Vegas.  Chris Emanuelof Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Amen & Traci Wardy, in the transaction.

Las Pupusas Restaurant renewed 5,500 square feet of retail space for 60 months at Revere Marketplace located at 945 W. Craig Road in North Las Vegas.  Chris Emanuelof Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Las Vegas Adventures, LLC, in the transaction.
