| PHOENIX, August 5, 2019 – The capital markets team of Michael Hackett and Ryan Schubert of Cushman & Wakefield, supported by the agency leasing team of Dan Hubbard, successfully closed the sale of Eastgate Plaza. Tabani Acquisitions, LLC purchased the Walmart anchored shopping center, located at 510-560 Marks Street in Henderson, NV.
Built in 2002, Eastgate Plaza is a 96,594-square-foot (sf) shopping center located 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and situated along the most desirable retail corridor in Henderson. The Walmart anchored center is 76.7% occupied, featuring Party City and 99 Cents Only Store as co-anchors. Hackett stated, “Eastgate Plaza is a strong regional shopping center, which should provide solid cash flow and upside through leasing.” |
