Stephen is Vice President of Commercial Capital Advisors. He is responsible for originating and underwriting all types of commercial and apartment transaction. Stephen spent the past 30 years as a Commercial Lender for Local, Regional, and National Financial Institutions. During his extensive career, Stephen has worked with first time real estate investors and large conglomerates with loan amounts ranging from $500,000-$50,000,000.
Stephen attended Arizona State University majoring in History and Political Science. Additionally, Stephen holds 10 Accounting and Finance industry certifications. As an industry leader in CRE finance, Stephen authored several articles for Financial trade periodicals and has been interviewed by media sources. Stephen led many local trade and charitable organizations and was a National Board Member for the Risk Management Association.
Stephen is married with three children. While not working, Stephen is a coach and mechanic for a variety of race car drivers, specifically focused on being the Crew Chief of his 15-year-old son’s blossoming racing career. In his youth, Stephen played minor league hockey and coached at the high school level. Coaching remains a passion for Stephen and he is committed to the development of Idaho’s youth through coaching and mentorship. Stephen is a proud citizen of the Treasure Valley and Idaho as a whole.
