LAS VEGAS (Sept. 10, 2020) – The Willmore Industrial Team at Colliers International | Las Vegas secured the Las Vegas Raiders a new lease for the ±33,040-square-foot industrial property at 5525 Polaris Avenue and now wishes the Las Vegas Raiders good luck during its historic inaugural season in Las Vegas.
The Willmore Industrial Team, which includes Dean Willmore, Alex Stanisic, Lauren Willmore, Mike Willmore, and Stacy Shapiro, represented the landlord of the property, Polaris Office Warehouse, LLC, in the lease transaction that provides the Raiders with a new office and warehouse facility directly across the street from Allegiant Stadium.
