This new direction focuses on local operations, shifting away from traditional mall and recognized anchor tenants. Tivoli Village announced its separation from national chain property management company, Pacific Retail Capital Partners (PRCP), resuming control of their operations, leasing and marketing activities. Tivoli Village is focused on delivering a mix of unique amenities, Class A office space, boutique retailers and restaurant options.
Led by visionary General Manager, Philip Knott, alongside ownership, a new executive team is being created which will include operational managers formerly from International Market Centers and Station Casinos, to create the needed experiential platform.

Continuing the positive momentum, the team is also aligned with Clique Hospitality and restaurant gurus, Ryan Labbe and Jason ‘JRoc’ Craig, who specialize in approachable dining and transcending hospitality through service and quality.
