Sun Commercial Real Estate Inc. announced today the closing of the following transactions:

The Sale of an Office building + 8 residential rehabilitation facilities were completed on May 17, 2018. The 69,173 square foot portfolio is located at 2975 S. Rainbow Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89146. The total value of the transaction was $8,300,000.00. Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Roy Fritz, Jessica Cegavske, and Jennifer Lehr of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, Store Capital Acquisitions, LLC and Lisa Hauger and Timothy Erickson of Sun Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the Buyer, KDLR LLC.

The Sale of an Office/Warehouse building was completed on May 5, 2018. The 39,313 square foot property is located at 405-429 Max Court, Henderson, NV 89011. The total value of the transaction was $2,700,000.00. Lisa Hauger and Timothy Erickson of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, Dragon and Phoenix Comm, LLC. 

The Sale of a Retail building was completed on May 25, 2018. The 3,513 square foot property is located at 519 E. Main Street, Biscoe, NC 27209. Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Roy Fritz, Jessica Cegavske, and Jennifer Lehr of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. along with Eddie Blanton, CCIM of Tradd Commercial represented the Seller, Rampart 608 North LLC. 

The Lease with Sturgeon Electric Company Inc. was completed on May 30, 2018. The 5,179 square foot office space is located at 1349 Galleria Drive, Suite 100 & 110, Henderson, NV 89014.  The total value of the transaction was $174,013.00. Lisa Hauger and Timothy Erickson of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Galleria Office Partners, LLC.

The Lease with Larry Methvin Installations, LLC was completed on May 29, 2018. The 2,500 square foot office space is located at 4974 S. Rainbow Boulevard, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89118. The total value of the transaction was $121,131.48. Paul Chaffee and Wil Chaffee of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Bright Moon Rock, LLC and Perry Guest Companies represented the Tenant, Larry Methvin Installations, LLC.

The Lease with Ortiz Enterprises, Inc. was completed on May 14, 2018. The 18,448 square foot office/industrial space is located at 8170 W. Sahara Avenue, Suite 106 & 107, Las Vegas, NV 89117. The total value of the transaction was $111,300.00. Edward Bassford and Michael Brazill of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Manpower Professional Center LLC, and 1st Priority Realty LLC represented the Tenant, Ortiz Enterprises Inc.

The Lease with an undisclosed company was completed on May 15, 2018. The 3,440 square foot office space is located at 3333 E. Serene Avenue, Suite 100, Henderson, NV 89074. The total value of the transaction was $105,952.73. Renae E. Russo of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Myers & Ohira.
