• Virtus Commercial announces the sale of Sierra Gold Tavern & Retail Shops located at 6515 & 6555 S. Jones Boulevard in Las Vegas.  Chris Emanuel of Virtus Commercial represented the buyer, AKA Sunset Jones, LLC; and Charles Moore and Marlene Fujita of CBRE represented the seller, SunsetJones, LLC, in the transaction.
• Virtus Commercial announces the sale of 4723 E. Flamingo Road in Las Vegas.  Matt Feustel of Virtus Commercial represented the seller, Pocahontas, LLC,  in the transaction.
