LEASE TRANSACTIONS

  • Classic Sleepcare, LLC signed a 61-month lease for 2,147 square feet of office space at Spanish Vista Office Park located at 4955 S. Durango Drive, Suite 221/222, in Las Vegas. Matt Feustel of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Wardy Amen III and Traci A; and Travis Landes of Logic Commercial represented the lessee in the transaction.
  • Alamon, Inc. signed a 38-month lease for 2,250 square feet of industrial space located at 4440 S. Arville Street, Suite 23/24, in Las Vegas.  Matt Feustel of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, MVB Arville Investments, LLC; and Michael Vesely of Simply Vegas Real Estate represented the lessee in the transaction.
  • Pacific Business Management Services, LLC signed a 36-month lease for 1,179 square feet of office space at Augusta Park located at 1481 W. Warm Springs Road, Suite 142, in Henderson. Chris Emanuel of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Augusta Park 8, LLC,  in the transaction.

  • A New Mind Health Services signed a 63-month lease for 5,400 square feet of office space at Regency Plaza located at 320 N. Nellis Boulevard, Suite 6, in Las Vegas.  Gary S. Beck of Virtus Commercial represented the lessee and the lessor, Regency Developments LLC,  in the transaction.
  • Ignite Dance, LLC leased 2,010 square feet of retail space for 64 months at Horizon Village Square located at 70 E. Horizon Ridge Parkway, Suite 130, in Henderson.  Robert S.
