The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) announced today that CLA, a Denver-based wealth advisory outsourcing, audit, tax and consulting firm; and JRS Hospitality, a Las Vegas-based hospitality, restaurant and special event company, are new tenants at Two Summerlin, its second Class-A office tower, located at 10845 Griffith Peak Drive at Downtown Summerlin®.
CLA will occupy approximately 9,000 square feet on the fifth floor and is anticipating a year-end move into their new Downtown Summerlin offices.
JRS Hospitality, whose restaurant and bar concepts include Beer Park, Chateau, Hexx Kitchen and Alexxa’s Bar at the Paris Las Vegas; Cabo Wabo at Planet Hollywood Resort; Chayo at the Linq Promenade; and Big Chicken and Shaquille’s in partnership with Shaquille O’Neal, will occupy just over 8,000 square feet on the fifth floor and is anticipating a March 2019 move-in.

According to Corey Jenkins, Managing Partner, JRS Hospitality is relocating to Downtown Summerlin from elsewhere in Las Vegas. “We offer high-energy, first-rate dining and entertainment experiences, so our clientele, partners and associates expect to meet with us in a beautiful, first-class space evocative of the quality environments we provide at our restaurant, bar and entertainment offerings,” he said. “The location adjacent to the 215 Beltway makes it convenient from anywhere in the city, and Downtown Summerlin’s environment is first-class all the way – from great restaurants, retail and gathering places to amazing sports entertainment destinations like City National Arena and Las Vegas Ballpark that will open next spring.”
According to Orrock, the growing demand for suburban Class-A commercial and office space is not just a local trend evidenced at Downtown Summerlin, it’s a national trend fueled by a desire to move the workplace closer to home to reduce commutes and provide greater access to community amenities like walking trails, parks and even golf courses. “Our first Class-A office building at Downtown Summerlin, One Summerlin, is fully leased, and Two Summerlin – which just welcomed its first tenant, Greenberg Traurig, LLP (GT Law) in August – is already 55 percent leased, with more interest than remaining space,” said Orrock.
The Las Vegas office of GT Law, which occupies approximately 16,000 square feet on the building’s sixth floor, has more than 30 attorneys and is one of the firm’s 38 offices worldwide. The firm’s Las Vegas work encompasses appellate, construction, corporate and securities, entertainment, gaming, government law and policy, intellectual property, litigation, and real estate matters.
Growing entertainment and sports offerings also define Downtown Summerlin’s continued evolution into an emerging sports hub, significantly enhancing the area’s energy and vibrancy. City National Arena, the practice facility of the Vegas Golden Knights, is located just south of Two Summerlin and attracts thousands of fans and hockey enthusiasts on an almost daily basis. Tenants of the new tower have their own dedicated three-story parking garage with 424 spaces. Additionally, the new tower shares 504 surface parking spaces with neighboring City National Arena. The tower, designed by Ed Vance & Associates Architects, features balconies on floors four through six, an outdoor courtyard on the ground level and premier finishes throughout all common areas.
