Robert Gray of Nexus represented the Seller, Mev Properties, Sean Holamon of Nexus represented the buyer, Mazatlan HSB, LLC.
The property consists of 16 total units. Each building consists of four units with a square foot of 825 per unit. All units are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and features a very open floorplan.
The Mazatlan Portfolio is conveniently located blocks away from S Chelton Rd and Fountain Blvd. Making it a short drive to I-25, Downtown Colorado Springs, as well as The Colorado Springs Airport.
The Buyer was attracted to the property because of the ability to improve operations. Buyer plans to add value to the property by doing some interior renovations. They also plan on raising rents as the market continues to improve.
