CBRE announces today the sale of two retail buildings located at 6515 and 6555 S. Jones Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89118. Charles Moore, CSM, Marlene Fujita-Winkel, CCIM, of CBRE’s Las Vegas office represented the seller, SunsetJones, LLC, in the $9,200,00 transaction encompassing 16,971 square feet. The buyer, AKA Sunset Jones, LLC, was represented by Chris Emanuel of Virtus Commercial.
The properties are situated near the intersection of Jones and the 215 beltway and house a Sierra Gold Tavern, Sambalatte and other dining and retail establishments. According to Winkel, the transaction was a 1031 exchange.
