Colliers International – Las Vegas is pleased to announce the sale of a 122,472-square-foot industrial property located at 730 Pilot Road in the Hughes Airport Center to STAG Industrial Holdings, LLC. Colliers International – Las Vegas’ Doherty Industrial Group (Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty) and Perry Guest Companies represented the seller PNL Newco II, LLC. in the transaction, which closed at $18 million. The successful collaboration began with the lease negotiation in January 2018 and culminated in the sale of the asset in June 2018.
Located in the heart of the Hughes Airport Center, a premier master planned industrial corporate park, the property consists of a 42,322-square-foot, two-story high design office space, and an 80,150-square-foot HVAC warehouse which includes dock and grade-level truck loading. After the transaction, the property was leased by Aptiv PLC, a global leader in automotive electronics, safety systems and autonomous driving software. The property will be used by Aptiv as a research and testing facility for Aptiv’s autonomous vehicle program which is based on both software and hardware innovations.
