COMPLETED SALE TRANSACTIONS:

  • A sale to CDIN Holdings LLC. The approximately 10,500 square foot office property is located in St. Rose Dominican’s San Martin Campus at 8440 W. Warm Springs Rd. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $1,837,500. Grant Traub and Chris Connell of Colliers International represented the seller, DWSMC Holdings LLC.   • A sale to Doumani Holdings LLC. The approximately 2.3 acre land parcel is located near E. Carey Ave. on N. Nellis Blvd. (APN: 140-17-810-002 portion) in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $1,250,000. Scott Gragson and Robert Torres of Colliers International represented the seller, NMG Capital Partners II/ GKT 5/ GKT II.
