  • A sale to Daniel & Cathy Pereyra. The approximately 23,596 square foot retail property is located in Russell Pavilion at 6825 W. Russell Rd. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $5,300,000. Dan Gluhaich of Colliers International represented the buyer.
  • A sale to MEQ-BD & D II LLC. The approximately 3.97 acre vacant land parcel is located on Blue Diamond Rd. between Durango Drive and Cimarron Rd. (APNs: 176-21-201-021, 022 & 023). The transaction value was $2,275,000. Steven Haynes of Colliers International represented the seller, Desert Squirrel LLC.  
  • A sale to Jackson Food Stores Inc. The approximately 1,971 square foot gas station is located in Chevron at 1102 N. Carson St. in Carson City, NV. The transaction value was $1,100,000. Dan Gluhaich of Colliers International represented the seller, Ramiro, Azucena, and Robert Rodriguez.
  • A sale to GKT Acquisitions LLC. The approximately 108.6 acre vacant land portfolio consists of nine parcels located in Clark County and Moapa Valley (APNs: 126-03-401-019 & 020, 040-01-101-001, 040-23-801-017, 071-17-201-002 & 011, 071-17-401-015, 071-18-201-002, 071-18-801-001 & 002.
