It is with great honor and appreciation that CommCap Advisors was named 2018 Financial Firm of the Year. This is the 3rd time CommCap has received the award (2014, 2017 and 2018).
CommCap Advisors secured more than $125 million in closed loans in Southern Nevada during the judgment period. CommCap continues to fund a wide range of transactions for office, industrial, multifamily and retail properties throughout the market. Our firm recognizes the value of a NAIOP membership and supports the Chapter’s continuing efforts to promote the commercial real estate industry.
We would like to give special recognition to Matthew Hoyt and Kyle Nagy. Matthew was the recipient of the 2018 Associate Member of the Year Award and Kyle was honored with the 2018 Ellie Shattuck Award. The Ellie Shattuck Award is bestowed upon the NAIOP member who has selflessly volunteered years of mentorship and offered leadership to their fellow members in the Southern Nevada chapter.
