LAS VEGAS—Jan. 17, 2018—Cushman & Wakefield today announced it has negotiated a large industrial lease at Prologis Cameron Distribution Center in Las Vegas between the owner, Prologis and the new tenant, Legacy Transportation Services. Travis Noack, Kimberly Noack-Summers, and Warren Noack of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

“This industrial lease is indicative of the fact that Las Vegas is becoming a more important and prominent transportation hub than ever before, “ said Travis Noack, Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Las Vegas. “Las Vegas has heavily invested in diversifying its economic base beyond gaming, hospitality and tourism to include manufacturing, technology, logistics and much more. Legacy Transportation Services specializes in transportation and logistics with locations throughout Nevada, California and the Midwest. Expanding within the Las Vegas marketplace was a strategic choice which many other similar companies are making as well.”

Team Noack also said Legacy was attracted to the 5220 Cameron Street property because of the expansive fenced and secured yard. The Premises are 54,000 SF on 4.95 Acres which provides an abundant yard area for staging trucks.

The industrial building is in the Southwest submarket and will serve to further enable Legacy to enhance its range of specialized high value transportation and logistics services worldwide. Its offerings include van line, air freight, fine art, international shipping and logistics, warehousing management, crate manufacturing, rigging, exhibit services, mobile exhibits and more. Legacy is headquartered in San Jose, CA with facilities in La Mirada, CA, Chicago, IL, Las Vegas, NV and Sparks, NV.
