Gene Laramee Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Asset Services City Lead

 Cushman & Wakefield recently welcomed Gene Laramee as Asset Services City Lead for the Las Vegas market.

Laramee will be responsible for growing Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services business in Las Vegas, currently consisting of more than 6 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space. He will also focus on recruiting top industry professionals, team engagement, cultivating best practices, and executing consistent processes and procedures across the portfolio to enhance client services. Laramee has more than 20 years of industry experience and previously led CBRE’s Phoenix Asset Services division as Director and Retail/Medical Market Leader. In his former role, he oversaw an 8 million-square-foot portfolio consisting of 70 properties of all product types.

Laramee attended Central Texas College and Mesa Community College and is working toward his BOMA RPA designation.
