LAS VEGAS – Affordable Concepts, Inc. (ACI) recently broke ground on the Grand Canyon Villages located in the Skye Canyon master-planned community.
Located at U.S. 95 and Skye Canyon Park Drive, the retail space will be comprised of three gray shell buildings with decorative metal battens, and Hardie plank siding exteriors with awnings and metal and glass storefronts.
The 28,000-square-foot project is scheduled to be competed in fall 2023.
