The two buildings sold for a combined price of $3,200,000.
Ryan McCullough and Tyler J. Jaynes, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office, had the exclusive listing to market the properties on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The subject properties are located at 5530 & 5550 South Jones Boulevard.
