These properties are located in a desirable area in west Las Vegas with superior demographics, just outside of the burgeoning southwest submarket. “An in-depth marketing approach and an overall lack of quality inventory assisted with getting a top of the market pricing for these properties,” says Germain. “There was a great deal of interest in these properties which resulted in multiple offers,” adds Magdaluyo.
