Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Durango Edna Plaza, a 16,725-square-foot retail property located in Las Vegas, Nev. The asset sold for $2,100,000 million.
Ray Germain and Michelle Magdaluyo, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The Durango Edna Plaza is located at 2960 & 2980 S Durango Drive in Las Vegas, Nev. These properties are located in a desirable area in west Las Vegas with superior demographics, just outside of the burgeoning southwest submarket. “An in-depth marketing approach and an overall lack of quality inventory assisted with getting a top of the market pricing for these properties,” says Germain. “There was a great deal of interest in these properties which resulted in multiple offers,” adds Magdaluyo.
