The mixed-use retail/office/residential structure has been owned and operated by a local family for decades. The new buyer plans on interior and exterior renovations and to capitalize on the great location on the corner of 8th and Santa Fe.
820 W. 8th is located in the heart of the Santa Fe Art District, a nationally known arts and cultural district that encompasses hundreds of artists, theaters, and creative businesses along Santa Fe Drive.
