NAIOP Southern Nevada presents “Trends in Multifamily Development: Who’s living in these things anyway?” at July Breakfast


NAIOP Southern Nevada presents an expert panel discussion on “Trends in Multifamily Development: Who’s living in these things anyway?” as part of its monthly member meeting. Panelists specializing in multifamily development and investment will discuss:

  • How the housing market in Southern Nevada is changing.
  • Where are the next hot spots throughout Southern Nevada for development?
  • Do local professional sports teams really matter to investors?

The panel includes John Cunningham, managing director, JLL – Southwest Multifamily; Jonathan Fore, managing partner, Fore Property Company and Mike Shohet, executive vice president of real estate development, Nevada HAND. Matt Stater, Colliers International, will moderate.
