Ryan Martin, SIOR, CCIM and Teddie Hickey are pleased to join the Logic CRE team. Both are coming from Colliers International, and bring more than 25 combined years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in investment sales, and agency and tenant representation. In their tenure, they’ve represented some of the most highly acclaimed assets such as The HC | Hughes Center, IGT Corporate Campus, and the Arroyo Master Plan.
As a leader in the market with a diverse range of clients, they’ve met the demands of the industry by successfully placing groups such as Litigation Services, LENNAR, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Ryan has served as President of both the local chapters of SIOR & CCIM, was recognized by NAIOP Southern Nevada as Office Broker of the Year, and received the Largest Member 2 Member award by SIOR Nationally and “To 40 under 40” honorary.
