Spanish Hills Plaza Sold for $4.4 Million

DTS-S Fort Apache LLC bought the 12-year-old 13,764-square-foot Spanish Hills Plaza, on 1.16 acres, at 5325 S. Fort Apache Road in Las Vegas for $4.4 million, or $320-per-square-foot, from Spanish Hills Plaza Ft. Apache LLC. Global Commercial Group’s Bob Revers and James Shadlaus represented the buyer; Virtus Commercial’s Rob Hatrak and Chris Emanuel represented the seller. The property was 89.73% occupied upon the sale.
