8950 W. Tropicana LLC bought the 13-year-old 7,280-square-foot Spanish Park Professional Center II, on 0.19 acres, at 8950 W. Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas for $800,000, or $110-per-square-foot, from Thomas Lee Randolph. Virtus Commercial’s Rob Hatrak represented the buyer; 048 Realty’s Aaron Taylor represented the seller.
