Vida Mariscos, a seafood and sports bar venue run by the popular Los Cucos chain out of Texas, just inked a 8,556 SF lease at 1800 E. Flamingo Road. The Tabeek Retail Advisory, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the Tenant in the lease of this longstanding vacant property which will be home to the company’s 26th location between the two brands. Vida Mariscos plans to overhaul the former TGI Fridays build-out and décor to turn the restaurant into something new, fun and appealing to both the daytime work population and area residents.
