Harmon Ave. in Las Vegas for $7,450,000, or $30,532-per-unit, from Harmon Apartments LLC. NAI Vegas’s Devin Lee, CCIM, Patrick Sauter and Art Carll represented the seller. The two-story property was 60% occupied at the time of sale. Sale of the 158,561-square-foot complex equals $47-per-square-foot.
