CBRE Las Vegas announced the sale for $30.3 million of three buildings encompassing 168,247 square feet within the Hughes Airport Center. The buildings are located at 840, 880 and 950 Grier Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89119. The properties are currently 100 percent leased and were purchased as an investment by Griffin Capital. Charles Moore, CSM, Marlene Fujita Winkel, CCIM and M. Laura Hart of CBRE represented the seller, Hughes Airport 57, in the transaction.
