PAS Partners LLC bought a 6-year-old 6,347 square-foot industrial building, inside Lamb Technology Center at 2749 N. Lamb Blvd., Las Vegas for $475,000, or $74.83-per-square-foot, from MCA Lamb LLC. Voit Real Estate’s Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft, & Zac Zaher represented the buyer; Collier’s Brian Riffel represented the seller.
