Manning, sales manager of the firm’s Las Vegas office. The subject property is located at the entrance to Flamingo Trails Professional Office Park with frontage along West Flamingo Road. The Buyer, a local optometrist, plans to occupy a large portion of the building. Tina D. Taylor and Perry A. White, Vice Presidents in Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office, had the exclusive listing and represented the Seller in the transaction.
