B.H. Addison Complex LLC bought the 54,590-square-foot Addison Complex, on 2.67 acres, at 5685 Cameron St. for $2.8 million, or $51-per-square-foot, from the VanMeetren Family LP. Colliers International’s David Frear represented the buyer; Mack Realty’s Charlie Mack represented the seller.
