MAS Investments bought the two-building 152,130-square-foot Airport Distribution Center, on 5.8 acres, at 6620 Escondido St. in Las Vegas for $7,285,000, or $48-per-square-foot, from BV/CIP Escondido LLC. Colliers International’s Brian Riffel represented the seller. Both buildings were fully leased at the time of sale.
