Foreo Cosmetics bought an 8-year-old 30,253-square-foot flex industrial building, on 1.44 acres, inside Airport Technology Center at 1525 Pama Lane in Las Vegas for $3.3 million, or $109-per-square-foot, from 2010-1 CRE NV-Industrial LLC. Colliers International’s Dean Willmore represented the buyer; The Equity Group’s Brendan Keating represented the seller.
