R. Reshard LLC bought the 14-year-old 2,925-square-foot Alpha Services office building, on 0.47 acres, at 6882 Edna Avenue in Las Vegas for $424,125, or $145-per-square-foot, from The Miller Family Revocable Trust. Commercial Executives’ Soozi Jones Walker and Bobbi Miracle represented the seller.
