Colliers International’s Mike De Lew and Greg Pancirov represented the lessee; Colliers International’s Dan Doherty, Jerry Doty and Chris Lane represented the lessor, Roberts Ranch Venture LP. The reported average rent equals 29 cents per square foot triple net.
