American Heritage Academy, a K-12 private school purchased the 155,476 SF former Club Sport Green Valley property located at 2100 Olympic Avenue in Henderson for $6.5 million or $41.81/SF. Charles Moore, CSM, Marlene Fujita-Winkel, CCIM and M. Laura Hart of CBRE represented the seller, LSI-Nevada, LLC.
“This property is iconic in Green Valley, known to many residents as an upscale sports club for more than two decades,” said Fujita-Winkel. “The location and the layout of the facility are ideal for repurpose and reuse by the right buyer – in this case, a private school.”
American Heritage Academy is currently located in an industrial area on Sandhill Road and plans to move into the new location for the 2016-2017 school year.
