KG Real Estate LLC bought a 44-year-old 18,915-square-foot automotive retail center, on 4.28 acres, at 3162, 3164, 3144 N. Las Vegas Blvd. for $1.5 million, or $79-per-square-foot, from Siegel Automotive Center LLC and 3144 Land Holdings LLC. Sun Commercial’s Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske, and Roy Fritz represented the seller; Yuri Katz represented the buyer. The two building complex, which includes 3.04 acres of adjacent vacant land, was 100% occupied at the time of sale.
